Sulha Women's Circles

Weaving Connections for Healing and Empowerment

In a world often dominated by violence and power, Sulha Women's Circles offer a safe and nurturing space for women to heal, connect, and find strength together.

Our Vision:

To create a supportive community where women can:

  • Heal and Reclaim: Address the physical, emotional, and spiritual impacts of trauma, violence, and oppression.

  • Connect and Empower: Build meaningful relationships, share experiences, and find support from other women.

  • Transform and Thrive: Cultivate inner peace, resilience, and a sense of agency.

  • Weave a New Narrative: Challenge the dominant narratives of violence and separation, and cultivate a language of compassion, empathy, and respect.

What to Expect in a Sulha Women's Circle:

  • A Safe and Nurturing Space: A confidential and supportive environment where you can be yourself without judgment.

  • Deep Listening and Sharing: Opportunities to share your stories, feelings, and challenges in a compassionate and supportive setting.

  • Healing Practices: Engage in practices such as breathing exercises, gentle movement, and mindfulness to cultivate inner peace and well-being.

  • Circle of Connection: Experience the power of women coming together in circle to share stories, offer support, and build community.

  • Small Group Discussions: Explore deeper issues and connect with other women on a more intimate level.

Who is this for?

Sulha Women's Circles are open to any Palestinian and Israeli woman who is seeking:

  • Healing from trauma, loss, or difficult life experiences.

  • Connection and support from other women.

  • Opportunities for personal growth and empowerment.

  • A space to cultivate inner peace and well-being.

Join us in creating a circle of support and healing. Together, we can weave a new story of strength, resilience, and peace.
